DQ9 ⁵ / ₈ /40Y-T non-marking power tongs are a new type of non-damaging power tongs used for rapid threading of casing in oilfield operations. They are suitable for pipes ranging from 4 1/2" to 9 5/8", and can be used in both onshore and offshore oilfields.

The swing-type double-jaw pliers are very convenient to disassemble and assemble. The optimal cutting diameter ratio design ensures reliable clamping and easy backing. The brake band braking method has a large braking torque, simple operation, and is easy to repair and replace. The open large gear support structure greatly improves the strength and rigidity of the notched large gear.

When clamping casing or couplings of different specifications, arc-shaped tooth plates of corresponding specifications are selected. The arc-shaped tooth plates are completely consistent with the clamped casing or coupling, thereby increasing the contact area of the casing or coupling, reducing the damage to the surface of the clamped pipe, and effectively protecting the surface and threads of the clamped casing.

The whole machine is equipped with a hydraulic torque indicating instrument, and has a torque meter's revolution measurement interface and a torque meter installation interface for users to choose and use, making it easy to realize computer management.
