DQ5½/32Y-W non-marking hydraulic power tongs are a new type of low-damage power tongs used for rapid threading of casing in oilfield operations. They are suitable for pipes ranging from 2 3/8″ to 5 1/2″ and can be used in both onshore and offshore oilfields.

The brake band braking method has large braking torque, simple operation, and is easy to repair and replace. The open large gear support structure greatly improves the strength and rigidity of the notched large gear. When clamping casings or couplings of different specifications, arc-shaped tooth plates of corresponding specifications are selected. The arc-shaped tooth plates are completely consistent with the clamped casings or couplings, thereby increasing the contact area of the casings or couplings, reducing the surface damage of the clamped pipes, and effectively protecting the surface of the clamped casings and threads.

The shell is made of manganese steel to increase the strength. The jaw plates, tooth seats and gears of various specifications are made of alloy steel forgings and are heat-treated to ensure that the power tongs have sufficient strength at maximum torque.

The whole machine is equipped with a hydraulic torque indicating instrument, and has a torque meter's revolution measurement interface and a torque meter installation interface for users to choose and use, making it easy to realize computer management.
