XQ29/1.8Y workover power tongs are open-end power tongs used to make and break out the threads of sucker rod joints in oilfield workover operations.

The main tongs are driven by a low-speed high-torque motor, and the manual reversing valve is directly matched with the oil motor. The structure is simple, compact and light. The main tongs and backup tongs are both inner curved roller climbing type two-way clamping mechanisms.
