XQ140/12Y workover power tong is a new type of open-end power tong used for fast threading in oilfield workover operations. The backup tong and the main tong are integrated. It is suitable for oil pipes, small drill pipes and small casings within the range of Ø60 to Ø140mm (23/8″ to 51/2″), and can be used in both onshore and offshore oilfields. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, wide application range, large output torque, etc., which can reduce the labor intensity of oilfield workers and improve work efficiency and workover quality.

An optional torque control system is available to display, record and control the make-up torque.
