The suspension height of the large tongs can be frequently adjusted by operating the lifting device to raise and lower the manual control valve to adapt to different drilling methods, which is safe, labor-saving, convenient and reliable. ZQ203-125Ⅱ drill pipe power tongs are equipped with automatic doors, which have linkage control over the clamping of the lower tongs, the closing and opening of the door bolt, and the transfer of the tongs, with a higher degree of mechanization. There are also many configurations for convenient adjustment of the maximum make-up torque, automatic unloading device, mobile transfer cylinder device, tong head rotation safety protection device, valve control handle locking device, etc. The power tongs are manufactured according to SY/T 5074 standard.
